A sure sign of the approach

of crisp autumn air

Wildflowers blooming

adds beauty and color

to a lunchtime walk

I could just sit here

or I could follow a path

and see where it leads

A walk in the woods

can do anyone some good

Wonders of nature

Reaching for the sky

Branches outstretched as if to

touch the endless blue

The water splashes

down onto the rocks below

in its own rhythm
